House Rules
Housekeeping service is provided with all apartments except on Sundays and public holidays.
All tenants are guaranteed car parking space
The property comes with laundry room and the tenant is entitled to free use of the laundry room personally. But laundry services provided by the property manager shall be paid for at the stipulated charges.
A spair key to the main entrance doors are handed over to the tenant at the commencement of the stay and same must be handed over at the expiration of the tenancy failure to do so will attract a fee for the replacements of the locks.
All Air conditioning in each apartment must be switched off whenever the tenant is out of the apartment. The property manager hereby reserves the right to cut off power supply to the said apartments for this violation.
Management reserves the right to double lock your apartment if you willfully abuse the furniture or use the apartment recklessly.
Tenant is not to put anything in the sinks or lavatories which can lead to blockage in the pipes or drains serving the building.
Allow the housekeepers inside your apartment during our appropriate routine cleaning time.
To maintain the overall decency of the compound by ensuring that all junk items, washed clothes, personal items are kept within the apartment. Stacking of personal items in the common view areas (e.g. Stairways, balcony railings) are not allowed.
