Smoking is permitted only on the balcony or rooftop lounge
Smoking inside the apartment will attract a penalty of ₦100,000
Overnight stays are for registered guests only
All visitors must be declared to management
Management reserves the right to deny entry to unauthorized visitors
Parties, loud gatherings, celebrations, and events are strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by management
Guests must avoid excessive noise that may disturb other residents
Guests are responsible for all keys, access cards, or smart lock credentials provided during their stay
A replacement fee of ₦20,000 will be charged for any lost or damaged key or access device
All keys and access devices must be returned at check-out
Handle all furniture, appliances, fittings, and décor with care
Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately
Guests will be responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing any damaged or missing items
All bookings are non-refundable
Refunds will only be considered if a major issue with the apartment cannot be resolved within 24 hours of check-in and no suitable alternative accommodation or solution can be provided
Refunds will apply only to the unused portion of the booking affected by the unresolved issue
The housekeeper will: Give you a tour of the apartment upon arrival
We have an in-house chef. Guests can order for food ahead of upon arrival
