All guest rooms are strictly non-smoking.
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, bathrooms, balconies, and indoor areas.
Burning incense, candles, or similar items is also prohibited.
Violation of the non-smoking policy attracts a ₦100,000 penalty.
Guests are required to tidy the apartment and place trash in the provided trash bag before leaving
Additional or specialised cleaning beyond normal turnover, or damage to the apartment, furnishings, fixtures, or equipment, will attract additional charges.
Guests are responsible for replacing damaged items valued at more than ₦10,000, at their own expense.
The security deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after check-out, provided no damage, missing items, or policy violations are identified.
Reservations made without a confirmed check-in date may remain open for 3 days, and a maximum of 7 days, if the apartment is available. After this period, the reservation becomes null and void.
Lofty-Zez Luxury Apartments will not be responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of guests' personal belongings.
Guests remaining after 3:00 p.m. will be charged the full daily room rate.
Parties, events, commercial activities, photo shoots, or gatherings are strictly prohibited unless prior written approval is obtained from management. Guests who violate this policy may be required to vacate the premises immediately without any refund.
While reasonable care is taken, the apartment's maximum liability for any damage to garments during the laundry process shall not exceed ₦30,000.
Housekeeping after check-in is available upon guest request.
Guests making reservations for wedding preparations or related activities involving a professional photographer must pay a non-refundable photography access fee of ₦100,000. The fee is mandatory and non-negotiable.
