All accommodation must only be used for private/residential use only.
Bookings for get-togethers/hangouts, video shoots, movie shoots, or for more than 10 guests/people at a time are prohibited.
No pets are allowed inside the accommodation. Failure to comply will result in termination of the booking without refund.
Smoking of cigarettes, including e-cigarettes, and marijuana are not allowed inside the apartment/property. If discovered, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without refund.
A valid means of identification is required for check-in, including NIN (National Identification Number), Voter’s Card, International Passport, or Driver’s Licence.
Gross misconduct or misbehaviour by any guest against staff at the point of check-in shall lead to forfeiture of the caution deposit and/or termination of the agreement without refund.
Failure to check out at the required time will incur a ₦100,000 lateness fee. However, late check-outs beyond 6 hours after the check-out time will require payment of a full-day rental fee.
Early check-in for up to 6 hours before check-in time attracts a fee of ₦100,000.
Cancellation or modification of a booking can only be effected by the guest 48 hours before check-in time. Failure to comply will attract a 30% penalty fee before refunds are made.
All damages incurred by the guest during their stay must be paid for before check-out.
No sexual harassment or abuse of any kind is tolerated. If found, management is authorised to undertake appropriate disciplinary actions, including eviction from the property without refund and handing the guest over to Law Enforcement Agency for possible prosecution.
During the stay, security representatives have the right of access to the property at any time, regardless of the guest’s convenience, for property inspection and execution of emergency/security protocols. Guests are requested to grant access.
Staff/representatives may conduct random call-ins and check-ups to booked apartments. Any missed call will automatically trigger an Emergency and Security Protocol.
Noise-making attracts an exclusive ₦100,000 fine.
Guests must leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition. If deep cleaning is required as a result of the guest’s stay, an additional ₦100,000 will be charged and the caution/security deposit will be forfeited.
