The Seattle Residences property and all her Apartments have been 100% Smoke-Free since inception. For safety and to assure that our facility is not exposed to items or actions that create an odor which is unhealthy and objectionable to our guests and staff, and that is difficult to remove from the air, carpet, walls, and furniture we do not permit smoking tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing the liquid of nicotine, hookahs, incense, cooking, cigars, candle burning, the use or diffusing of patchouli oil or other strong-smelling plant-based essential oils or synthetic products in our facility.
Guests are encouraged to notify Front Desk staff immediately if they smell cigarettes, marijuana, or other objectionable odors. This policy is not intended to stop people from smoking, but to regulate where they smoke and how it affects others. A designated Smoking Area is provided outside and away from the building. Marijuana is prohibited at all times.
Also note that security deposit which is 100% of the rack rate is to be paid at check-in (Refundable at point of checkout provided there are no damages however if at point of check out, cost of damage exceeds amount deposited, guest will be required to cover the cost of damage before departure). Guests are to wait for the damage-check process to be completed before receiving the security deposit which will be refunded immediately if paid by cash or in 15 working days, if by bank transfer.
All visiting guests must subject to security assessment before entry into the property. This is to ensure the security of you and other guests from intruders.
Parties are not allowed without the consent of the management and it is important to follow the terms agreed on; Time, music volume (noise policy), number of guests etc.
A safe box has been provided in your suite for the safekeeping of your valuables. We shall not be liable for any loss of valuables during the cause of your stay. You are also expected to return the safe box in good condition upon departure as any resulting damage will be charged for.
Guests are advised to turn off the water heater, electric iron and any other electrical appliances after use. Please be informed that any incurred damages resulting from guest’s failure to adhere to this rule will be charged for
SRS property Management reserves the right to enter into your suite without obstruction at the perception of any violent activity in the suite for the protection of you and your guest.
Please note that the check-out time is 12pm, kindly inform the front office if you wish to extend your stay four hours to original departure time; on failure of guest to vacate the suite at expiration might attract extra charges. Request to extend check-out time will attract half of the accommodation fee.
No in-suite content creation without proper Management is allowed. Duly declare your intent at the point of booking the space to avoid legal action taken against you. 10. Please note that the maximum number of persons per stay in a 3-bedroom apartment is 6 persons.
Please be informed that a guest caught smoking any of the above or with the use of any illegal drugs, will be asked to exit the property immediately.
Complimentary breakfast is available at the restaurant between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Please note that any breakfast orders delivered to your room will be charged as a full breakfast to your account.
Non-Refundable Deposit: A 40% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be credited to the final payment and is forfeited if the reservation is cancelled within 90 days of the arrival date.
90+ days before arrival: No penalty; the reservation can be cancelled without charge. Within 90 days of arrival: Cost for the first two nights will be charged as a cancellation penalty. Within 30 days of arrival: 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged as a cancellation penalty.
In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
90+ days before arrival: No penalty for modifications. Within 90 days of arrival: A modification fee of 10% of the total booking amount will apply. Changes to the reservation may be subject to availability, and additional charges may apply depending on the modification.
A 10-day grace period is available for cancellations or changes between 60-90 days before the arrival date. During this period, 50% of the total reservation cost will be charged if cancelled.
